A2C Digital โ Terms & Conditions for Monthly Marketing Services

By subscribing to monthly marketing services with A2C Digital, the client (โyouโ or โClientโ) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Commitment
A2C Digital provides digital marketing services on a monthly subscription basis. Upon receiving the monthly service fee, our marketing team immediately begins work, including strategy planning, research, content creation, ad campaign structuring, and other relevant tasks.
2. No Refund Policy
Once payment is made for a particular monthโs service, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Change of mind after service initiation
Delayed client responses
Cancellation before the month ends
Dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations
We believe in full commitment and do not compromise on the efforts made by our team from day one. Therefore, the service fee covers the time, resources, and strategic efforts allocated to your project.
3. Service Duration & Billing
Each monthly cycle begins on the date of payment and continues for 30 calendar days. Clients are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless explicitly cancelled in writing prior to the next billing cycle.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel the upcoming monthโs service by providing written notice at least 5 business days before the next billing date. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to [your official email ID].
5. Client Cooperation
Timely approvals, inputs, and communication from the client are critical for the success of the campaign. A2C Digital will not be held responsible for any delay or performance issues caused by lack of client communication.
6. Modification of Terms
A2C Digital reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
